Role Description: Digital Content Creator is a part-time, remote role responsible for planning, producing, and editing content that aligns with integrated advertising campaigns. On a day-to-day basis, this role develops assets such as static social media posts, short-form videos, and ad creatives tailored to specific audiences and platforms. You will collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to translate campaign objectives into clear, engaging stories and visuals.

Responsibilities include optimising content based on performance data, and maintaining brand voice across channels. The role also involves staying current with digital trends, proposing new content formats, and contributing to continuous improvement of the content-and-ads system.

Qualifications

• Ability to create compelling digital content across formats such as social posts, short videos, and ad creatives.
• Experience working within integrated marketing or advertising campaigns, coordinating content with paid media strategies.
• Strong skills in visual storytelling and basic proficiency with common content creation tools (e.g., graphic design, video editing, or animation software).
• Comfort with data-informed decision-making, including using analytics to refine content and improve engagement and conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Strong organisational skills, including managing deadlines, and multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a related field; a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is beneficial but not required.
