We are looking for a highly organized and negotiation-savvy Pocurement Executive to join our team at Eternalgy Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality solar components, materials, and office supplies while optimizing procurement costs and ensuring timely deliveries to support our project and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Vendor Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to secure the best value and maximize cost-saving opportunities for the company.
• Purchase Orders & Tracking: Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs), monitor the delivery status, and expedite orders to prevent project delays.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the Sales, O&M, and Admin teams to forecast inventory needs and ensure material availability.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all procured items meet the company's quality standards and comply with internal procurement policies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier performance, and pricing trends for management review.
• Requirements:
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (experience in the Solar, Engineering, or Construction industry is a strong plus).Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with ERP or procurement software.Attributes: High level of integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
