About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Technical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing Fuji inverters, as well as supporting Fuji Tusco transformers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of Fuji inverters.
• Conduct indoor inverter inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair.
• Carry out testing and commissioning activities and ensure completed jobs are verified by customers through the signing of Testing & Commissioning (T&C) forms.
• Attend to customer complaints, identify technical issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers on Fuji inverter operation and maintenance.
• Prepare and submit service reports following inspections, troubleshooting, and servicing activities.
• Provide on-site technical support for Fuji Tusco transformers.
• Participate in the Safety & Health Committee for EITA Electric and support workplace safety initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and work efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) from time to time, while upholding EITA's values and standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience in electrical equipment servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, or commissioning will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, inverters, and industrial equipment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and perform hands-on technical work.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
