Your Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations and workflow of the pharmacy.

• Provide support to pharmacists and pharmacy staff with routine operational tasks.

• Prepare, organise, replenish, and arrange medications and pharmacy supplies according to established procedures.

• Assist with stocktaking, inventory checks, and basic stock control activities.

• Receive incoming supplies and help with sorting, organising, and transferring items to designated areas.

• Ensure medications and pharmacy supplies are placed and stored correctly.

• Keep work areas, storage spaces, and pharmacy stations clean and well organised.

• Provide basic administrative and operational assistance when required.

• Support other pharmacy-related activities as directed by the team or supervisor.

• Handle items weighing up to approximately 10kg as part of normal work duties.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.

• Previous pharmacy experience is not required — training and guidance will be provided.

• Comfortable with hands-on duties involving items weighing up to approximately 10kg.

• Responsible, organised, and attentive when handling medications and supplies.

• Willing to learn new procedures and follow instructions carefully.

• Able to work cooperatively within a structured healthcare team.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to develop new skills.
