Serve food and beverages accurately and ensure correct order delivery to customers
Coordinate with the kitchen team to track order preparation and ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organize dining and service areas to meet hygiene standards
Replenish food, beverage, packaging, and other supplies promptly to avoid shortages
Assist with opening and closing duties to prepare and secure the restaurant
Handle customer feedback by listening actively and escalating complaints to supervisors or managers as needed
