Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project delivery through effective supervision, coordination, and resource management
.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor project timelines and daily work progress, reporting issues or delays to the Project Manager.
Enforce compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) standards, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
Manage site materials and equipment to minimize wastage and optimize resource use.
Maintain detailed records of site activities, manpower, and materials for accurate documentation.
Provide technical guidance and support to site workers and contractors to ensure quality and safety.
Required Competencies & Certifications
Possess a valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.
Minimum ITE / Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
At least 2–5 years of relevant site supervisory experience in construction projects.
Familiarity with local building codes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
Preferred Competencies & Qualifications
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, site reporting software) to support site documentation and reporting.
Ability to communicate effectively in English to liaise with workers of diverse nationalities.
Willingness to work at various site locations in Singapore.
