About The Job

• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source talent using various methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate and support the interview process between clients and candidates.
• Manage offer negotiations and oversee the placement process to ensure a smooth experience for all parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to drive business growth and long-term success.
• Initiate a range of sales and marketing activities, in accordance with the client and candidate development plan, to attract business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities, and identify new leads.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
