With continued growth, we are looking for a Project Controller to support the successful delivery of engineering projects across the business. Reporting to the Senior Project Controller and working closely with Project Managers, Finance, and operational teams, you will be helping to provide accurate reporting, cost visibility and operational support that underpin successful project delivery.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate project set-up, maintenance and reporting across project management and financial systems, ensuring accurate budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, manhour tracking, and cost reporting.
- Support project financial management activities, including invoicing, billing, budget monitoring, cost control, purchase order administration, and reconciliation of project transactions within Business Central.
- Produce and maintain project progress reports, providing timely and accurate information to Project Managers and senior management on project progress, costs, utilisation, and commercial performance.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Finance, and operational teams to resolve project administration, invoicing, resource planning, and financial reporting requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tender proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), market surveys, and client pre-qualification documentation.
- Maintain and renew corporate licences, registrations, and professional body accreditations to ensure ongoing business compliance.
- Administer timesheet processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission, allocation and reporting of project manhours.
- Ensure compliance with company project control procedures, delegated authority requirements, financial controls, and corporate governance standards.
- Support audit activities and provide general administrative and financial assistance across project controls and accounting functions as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, including anti-bribery, ethical business conduct, and foreign corrupt practices requirements.
Required
- General accounting experience, preferred
- Preferred 1-2 years project control experience
- Preferred Oil & Gas Industry experience
- Intermediate knowledge of major accounting software packages (Business Central)
- Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment, and perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision
- Excellent verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
- Ability to learn and utilise company-specific financial, reporting and workflow software is essential
- Must hold a valid passport free from status or restrictive conditions that preclude travel to and work in countries where the Company routinely operate.
