Job Summary
You will coordinate customer service, shipping, logistics, and sales support activities to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and effective communication with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders to fulfill customer requests accurately
Request product samples from suppliers when required by customers to support sales and quality assurance
Communicate proactively with customers to update order forecasts and delivery status, ensuring transparency and satisfaction
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and feedback via email and phone to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
Prepare container cubing lists and coordinate with forwarders to book containers and arrange trucking for efficient shipping
Verify completeness of shipping documents from affiliates and partners to ensure compliance and smooth customs clearance
Prepare and organize shipping documents to support timely and accurate shipment processing
Assist management in cost control by comparing freight rates and providing monthly updates to optimize shipping expenses
Coordinate delivery arrangements with working partners and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time receipt of goods
Support inventory planning and forecasting activities to align stock levels with customer demand and operational needs
Prepare invoices and supporting documents for submission to the Accounts Department to facilitate accurate billing
Generate purchase invoices, accounts payable invoices, and accounts receivable payments to support financial operations
Compile sales reports for the sales team to provide insights and support sales strategies
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or managers to support team and company objectives
