We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Regional Area Lead (Retail) to oversee sales productivity, frontliner capability, and operational excellence across an assigned cluster of partner retail outlets for a leading multinational telecommunications brand.

In this role, you will act as a coach and strategic partner to retail store staff, guiding them to boost device-and-plan bundling sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and achieve monthly activation targets.

Salary Package

• Fresh Grads: RM2.2k
• 1 year experience: RM2.3k - RM2.5k
• 3 years Telco experience: RM2.6k - RM3k
• Mobile Phone claim: up to RM100
• Travel claim: up to RM500
• Sales Incentive/ Commission

Working Days/ Hours:

• Monday to Sunday: 11:00AM - 8:30PM
• 6 working days per week
• Rotational shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets, promotions and product bundles while monitoring store performance
• Conduct regular store visits and coach staff on sales and customer service
• Train staff on products, SOPs and systems, including refresher training
• Ensure stores follow pricing, promotions and SOPs, and resolve operational issues
• Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff
• Complete store reports, track training attendance and monitor store performance

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience (telco industry is an added advantage)
• Able to communicate fluently and perform sales independently
• Familiar with the retail environment and customer handling
• Possesses a basic track record of achieving targets
