Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor to coordinate furniture and carpentry installation work at project sites.
Responsibilities
Supervise installers and workers during site delivery, assembly and installation.
Plan daily assignments and coordinate schedules with the factory, drivers and project team.
Check site measurements, drawings, materials and work requirements before installation.
Monitor workmanship and progress, and resolve issues that arise on site.
Conduct quality checks and arrange rectification of defects.
Keep records of work progress and report updates to management.
Ensure workers follow site rules and safe work procedures.
Requirements
Relevant experience in furniture installation, carpentry, renovation or interior fit-out work.
Able to read drawings, take measurements and coordinate work on site.
Good communication, problem-solving and team supervision skills.
Able to travel between project sites as required.
