Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor – Mechanical to support daily site operations for mechanical works in construction or industrial projects. The successful candidate will assist in supervising installation, testing, and maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical installation and site activities.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project teams on site matters.
• Monitor site progress and report daily updates to management.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues on site.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Support preparation of daily reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical works within construction or industrial projects.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, installation, and commissioning processes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiar with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt to site conditions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
