We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Office Administration Clerk to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records and documentation, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Operations Management
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Administration Department.
- Assist in coordinating daily office activities and internal administrative tasks.
- Support inter-departmental coordination on administrative-related matters.
2. Document & Records Management
- Prepare, organize, maintain and update administrative documents, records, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Ensure proper document control, version management and confidentiality of records.
- Assist in retrieval of documents and records when required for audits or internal reference.
3. Office Supplies Monitoring & Replenishment
- Monitor office supplies including stationery, uniforms and general office consumables.
- Prepare purchase requisitions or requests for replenishment as required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and promote cost-effective utilization of office supplies.
4. Internal Events, Training & Staff Welfare Support
- Provide administrative support for internal events, meetings, training programs and staff engagement activities.
- Assist in logistical arrangements including venue setup, attendance tracking, materials preparation and refreshments.
- Support staff welfare initiatives and internal communications related to company events and programs.
5. Facility & Asset Management
- Assist in monitoring office facilities, equipment and assets to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors or internal teams for maintenance, repairs and servicing.
- Maintain records relating to office assets, facilities issues and follow-up actions.
6. Policy Compliance & Administrative Reporting
- Ensure administrative activities company with Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in preparing simple administrative reports, summaries and records for Management review.
- Support internal audits or compliance checks related to office administration matters.
- Perform any other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience with basic knowledge of office administration procedures and document control practices. Candidates with more relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant level.
- Good command both (English, Bahasa Malaysia) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, able to multitask and work independently.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to support a wide range of administrative functions.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
