Job Description & Requirement

• In Charge of the profitablility of the site;
• Assigned task to various workers and supervisors;
• Allocated right man for the right jobs;
• Implement safety system as site in line with MOM prevailing requirements;
• Monitor the materials usage at site to reduce wastage and save cost;
• Appoint leaders supervisor at site to stand in case you are not around;
• Attend new site show round when required for newix) tender participation;
• Ensure that progress work done at site is in line with site progress schedule;
• Update drawing based on latest work progress for submission to architects;
• Make sure that montly progress payment claim are submitted on time;
• Draft out variation orders (VO) when new works is requested by architects;
• Discussion on project amount
