Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue and pricing strategies.
• Analyse market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity.
• Monitor revenue performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and revenue reports.
• Analyse pricing, occupancy, sales, and performance data.
• Work with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.
• Review pricing performance and recommend adjustments.
• Present revenue insights and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in revenue management, pricing, commercial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good understanding of forecasting and pricing principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
