Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in banquet setup and preparation before events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests during functions and events.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event.
- Assist in resetting venues for different event requirements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.
- Support the Banquet team in ensuring smooth event operations.
Requirements:
- Friendly, polite, and service-oriented.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Punctual, responsible, and a team player.
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage, but not required.
Pay: RM10.00 per hour
