Job Responsibilities:

• Staff planning and training new staff
• Responsible for setting Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals
• Develop strategies to improve customer service
• Maintaining the overall image of the store
• Inventory Management – Re-ordering stock, Stock take etc.
• Overseeing store daily operations.

Job Requirements: -

• Candidates must possess at least SPM or relevant experienced.
• Preferably with experience in Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in fashion or sports retail industry.
• Attractive remuneration package for Basic, Allowance, Commission and overtime claim.
• Able to work on rotational shift, 5 days per week including Public Holiday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
