As RegASK continues to expand its international and APAC operations, we are looking for an experienced Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Singapore team.

About the Position

As Strategy & Operations Manager, APAC, you will work closely with RegASK's senior leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, market expansion, commercial performance, and operational improvement across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to strategy, business development, market expansion, AI, SaaS, and executive-level decision making.

You will be expected not only to analyze business problems, but also to translate recommendations into measurable execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate & Business Strategy

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives supporting RegASK's APAC growth.
• Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, customer research, and industry analysis.
• Evaluate new markets, customer segments, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Develop business cases, financial models, strategic plans, and investment proposals.
• Translate company objectives into measurable initiatives, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Prepare strategic presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.

APAC Market Expansion

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across Singapore and other APAC markets.
• Analyze market attractiveness, customer demand, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environments.
• Support country-level market entry and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop expansion plans for priority industries and customer segments.
• Monitor emerging trends across AI, SaaS, RegTech, compliance, and regulated industries.

Commercial Strategy

• Work with Sales and Business Development teams to improve commercial performance.
• Analyze customer segmentation, pricing, sales pipeline, conversion, and revenue opportunities.
• Develop strategic account and market expansion plans.
• Identify potential strategic partnerships and ecosystem opportunities.
