Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in all stages of ERP project implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation maintenance.
2. Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide professional and practical solutions.
3. Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including requirements specifications, solution/design documents, test documentation, user manuals, and other relevant project materials.
4. Conduct system training for clients and provide support in addressing their questions and system-related inquiries.
5. Monitor project progress, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner.

Competency Requirements

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in software project implementation.
• Candidates with experience in the following industries are preferred: Footwear / Apparel Home Furnishings Daily Chemicals / FMCG Beauty / Cosmetics Jewelry Food & Beverage

3. Professional Skills

3.1. Database & Technical Skills

• Proficient in MySQL databases and SQL queries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

3.2. Retail & Business Process Knowledge

• Familiarity with retail business processes, including: E-commerce / OMS Store POS Distribution Finance
• Experience in business analysis and developing business solutions is preferred.

3.3. Project Delivery

• Ability to independently deliver small- to medium-sized software implementation projects.
• Familiarity with software project delivery methodologies and processes.
• Project management experience is preferred.

5. Preferred Certification
