Job description:
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) team. This internship provides hands-on experience in automation development and business process improvement. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time employment after the internship.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in developing and maintaining RPA solutions
- Support documentation of automation procedures and system processes
- Assist in testing and Proof of Concept (POC) for automation projects
- Support troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RPA processes
- Assist in reviewing scripts and improving automation workflows
- Provide support to the technical team when required
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of programming or automation tools is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willing to learn and able to work independently or in a team
