Job Vacancy: Retail Assistant (Gadgets & Toys)

Location: Yishun Northpoint City
Job Type: Full-Time
Gross Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,500
6 Rest Days Per Month
Sales Incentives and Retail Commission Provided

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with mobile phone accessories retail experience will be preferred.
• Candidates with screen protector installation experience will be given priority.
• Experience handling mobile accessories and gadgets is an advantage.

Requirements

• Cheerful, patient, friendly, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to keep up with the latest gadgets and mobile accessory trends.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to interact with customers politely and professionally.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Flexible and able to work according to a pre-arranged roster.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Share product knowledge and provide suitable recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organised store environment.
• Handle customer enquiries, concerns, exchanges, and returns.
• Operate the cashier accurately and responsibly.
• Work together with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, patient, punctual, and willing to learn.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
