We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between creative conceptualization and technical execution. You will have the flexibility to lean into your strengths—whether that’s creative design or project site management—while gaining comprehensive hands-on experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Concept: Lead space planning initiatives, develop aesthetic mood boards, and assist senior designers in bringing concepts to life.
  • Technical Documentation: Utilize design software to produce high-quality renderings and technical drawings.
  • Site Supervision: Monitor daily site progress to ensure construction aligns with safety, quality standards, and design specifications.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate daily progress reports, including photo documentation and project timeline updates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team and contractors to solve on-site challenges and ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a graduate of Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Lumion. Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Mobility: Must possess own transportation for site visits.
  • Communication: Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
  • Soft Skills: A solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of responsibility and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
