Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end closing, reconciliations, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with month-end closing activities and basic financial reporting
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries
Support SST documentation, preparation, and filing
Maintain proper accounting records and e-invoicing documentation
Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy of financial records
Support audit and administrative requirements when needed
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are welcome
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
Familiarity with SST and e-invoicing is a plus
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Exposure to AI tools or digital accounting systems is an advantage
