Air Export Operations

• Coordinate end-to-end air export shipments from booking confirmation through final flight departure.
• Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletization, and warehouse operations to ensure efficient shipment handling.
• Prepare, review, and verify export documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, commercial invoices, packing lists, and export permits.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers, and overseas offices to facilitate smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely departures in accordance with customer requirements.
• Resolve shipment exceptions and provide proactive updates to customers.

Customer Service

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and shipment status.
• Ensure service quality and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
