Job Description
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars and schedules for stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documentation.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including logistical and material preparation.
- Track and process expense reports and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
A Successful Executive Assistant Should Have
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
