Fiture Health is a specialised healthcare marketing agency in Singapore. We work with medical clinics, doctors and healthcare brands to build their presence, engage patients and grow their businesses.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Clinic Marketer) with hands-on experience in healthcare or clinic marketing.

The Role

You will work across multiple healthcare brands, supporting their day-to-day marketing and collaborating closely with doctors, clinic teams, and our internal creative team.

This role goes beyond social media. You will have the opportunity to understand each clinic's unique goals and challenges, and work with the team to develop marketing strategies that are meaningful, effective, and aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly marketing and content strategies.
• Plan and manage social media content, campaigns and shoots.
• Work directly with doctors and clinic teams.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers and internal marketing teams.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance.
• Prepare monthly reports and marketing recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient engagement, enquiries and brand visibility.
• Ensure content follows relevant healthcare advertising guidelines.
• Manage multiple clients, timelines and deliverables independently.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical, aesthetics, dental, wellness or pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong preference for candidates with hands-on clinic marketing experience.
• Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Good content planning, copywriting and creative skills.
• Comfortable communicating with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO or SEM is an advantage.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in clinic and healthcare marketing, who enjoys working across different brands in a fast-paced and growing industry.

You will work closely with doctors and clinic teams to understand their services, target patients, brand positioning and marketing goals, and turn these into relevant content and marketing strategies.
