Review technical drawings and specifications to support fabrication and production requirements.
Prepare material lists and select suitable components or vendor parts for manufacturing use.
Investigate production challenges and work with shopfloor teams to resolve process-related issues.
Provide practical alternatives or adjustments to improve manufacturing flow and efficiency.
Liaise with customers and internal teams on technical matters while ensuring output meets required quality standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in
precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding of machining and metal fabrication processes.
Familiar with design or machining software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MasterCAM, UG)
