Beirut Grill is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Service Crew to join our Front of House team. We are looking for people who enjoy hospitality, work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment and take pride in creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
• Have a good understanding of the menu and provide recommendations to guests.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared and reset throughout service.
• Check on guests during their meal and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle POS transactions, bills and payments accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations.
• Ensure hygiene, food-safety and restaurant SOPs are followed at all times.
• Assist with takeaway and delivery orders when required.
• Support the bar and other Front of House team members during busy periods.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checks.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

What We're Looking For

Previous restaurant or F&B service experience is preferred, but candidates with a strong service attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

You should be friendly, reliable, well-presented and comfortable working in a busy environment. The role requires availability for shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Applicants must currently have valid eligibility to work in Singapore. Please note that work-pass sponsorship is not available for this position.
