Join SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment (ODE) and play a meaningful role in shaping the cluster's digital innovation landscape. You will support SingHealth's cluster-wide digital innovation efforts, helping promising ideas move from concept to practical adoption, while engaging innovators, project teams, taskforces, committees and departments to shape digital innovation opportunities aligned with SingHealth's priorities and digital strategy.

This is a hands-on innovation role for someone who enjoys turning healthcare challenges into practical digital solutions, thriving in evolving environments, working across diverse stakeholder groups and providing advisory support to enable practical, safe and scalable healthcare transformation at cluster level.

What You Will Do:

You will lead or co-lead digital innovation initiatives from discovery to adoption, framing problems, clarifying user needs, defining success measures, and recommending fit-for-purpose digital solutions.

A key part of your role is identifying and capturing digital innovation opportunities through cluster-wide intake and governance channels, maintaining a pipeline aligned to organisational priorities. You will evaluate strategic alignment, impact, feasibility and implementation considerations using structured frameworks, and develop decision-ready reports with evidence-based recommendations, trade-offs and proposed pathways for governance forums and senior stakeholders.

You will engage stakeholders across institutions, clinical and operations teams, IT, governance offices, vendors and senior management — facilitating workshops, surfacing needs, resolving trade-offs and building shared ownership. You will also guide project teams through appropriate digital innovation pathways, identifying governance, implementation and ownership considerations early to enable timely progression.

You will define and track value measures, adoption indicators, benefits and lessons learnt, advising on next steps based on value, feasibility and scalability, and capturing reusable artefacts to strengthen SingHealth's innovation practice.

To support implementation, you will develop change and adoption plans, engage users and leaders to address adoption barriers, mobilise change champions, and leverage communications channels to drive awareness and sustained adoption.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years [OW1] [YL2] of relevant experience in digital transformation, innovation management, project management or consulting roles, with proven experience leading technology implementation or transformation projects in healthcare or similarly complex environments.
• Professional certifications in Design Thinking, Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2), Agile methodologies, Product Management or Change Management (e.g. Prosci) would be an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to build alignment and secure buy-in across different levels, including technical teams, vendors, partners and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with digital health, automation, low-code/no-code platforms, Generative AI (GenAI), AI-enabled solutions or emerging healthcare technologies, with a good understanding of healthcare workflows, operational constraints and governance considerations.
• Strong design thinking, structured problem-solving and systems thinking skills, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to communicate complex issues clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to exercise judgement, manage ambiguity and make practical recommendations under time and resource constraints.
• Adaptable, hands-on and resourceful individual, with the willingness to move between strategy, facilitation, coordination and execution as project needs evolve.
