Job Summary
Lead a precision machining team to resolve production issues, create manufacturing routings, interpret engineering drawings, and operate machinery as needed, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Lead and assign tasks to a team to resolve daily production and engineering challenges efficiently
Create and manage manufacturing routing using ERP systems to optimize workflow
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately to guide production
Communicate effectively across all functions to ensure alignment and problem resolution
Demonstrate machining setup and operate machines when required to maintain production continuity
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering or related field
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in machining or manufacturing environments
Able to read engineering drawings
Knowledge in basic programming concepts
Strong technical knowledge in machining (Turning, Milling, Turnmill machines)
