Job Description:
Take primary responsibility for the day-to-day management and upkeep of the pantry
, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, stock availability, and a pleasant environment for employees and visitors.
Monitor pantry supplies and coordinate timely replenishment of food, beverages, and other consumables.
Liaise with vendors and service providers regarding pantry-related purchases, deliveries, and maintenance requirements.
Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge.
Assist with coordination of office facilities, employee requests, and administrative matters as required.
Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and other operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
