Role Description The Operations Compliance Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, Malaysia with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role oversees day-to-day operational compliance across the OTC platform, ensuring that processes align with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities include monitoring and reviewing transactions for compliance risks, developing and updating operational procedures, and collaborating with legal and risk teams to implement regulatory changes. The Operations Compliance Manager will also conduct internal audits, prepare compliance reports, support regulatory examinations, and provide guidance and training to team members on compliance best practices. The role involves close coordination with operations staff to optimize workflows while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for reviewing data, assessing risks, and identifying process improvements.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to design, maintain, and improve compliant workflows.
• Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, or OTC trading environments is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of Canadian and international financial regulations and AML/KYC requirements is an asset.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Post-secondary education in business, finance, law, or a related field; professional compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS) are an advantage.
