Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate robots to scan and map toilets, including identifying toilet layouts and features.
Set up robots at new locations, making sure they are properly installed and ready to operate.
Carry out basic checks and troubleshooting when the robot has operational problems.
Train customers on how to use the robot on a day-to-day basis and perform basic maintenance.
Report or escalate more serious technical problems to the appropriate technical team.
Travel to different sites around Singapore to support robot installations, testing, and deployments.
Job Requirement:
Comfortable working in toilet/restroom environments.
Willing to do hands-on deployment and installation work.
Can work day and night shifts, including frequent overtime (OT).
Willing to travel to different deployment locations throughout Singapore.
Has technician, installation, maintenance, or other hands-on experience as an advantage.
