Kerja Sepenuh Masa Grocery Department Executive, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Sunshine Wholesale Mart Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Grocery Department operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor sales, gross profit, stock availability and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product display and promotional execution.
• Monitor stock levels, FIFO, expiry, wastage and shrinkage.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement for replenishment and delivery.
• Supervise, schedule and coach department staff.
• Ensure good customer service, cleanliness, food safety and SOP compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years’ experience in supermarket, hypermarket, grocery or FMCG retail.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of stock control and merchandising.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
