Must be willing to be based in Gua Musang, Kelantan, and live within the estate.

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and driven Division Manager to lead operations in

275 hectares of oil palm plantation.

- 114 hectares of mature area

- 336 hectares of immature area

Key Responsibilities

Care for mature and immature plantings.

Manage nursery operations, including seedling selection, care, and transfer to the field.

Supervise terracing, road, and drainage construction suitable for hilly terrain.

Lead daily field operations and workforce scheduling to achieve quality and productivity targets.

Implement cost control, budgeting, and reporting using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Conduct periodic field inspections, drone surveys, and progress reporting.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company SOP standards.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in oil palm estate management, with proven experience in:

Using digital plantation management system (our estate is using Lintramax Quarto) (mandatory)

Road and drainage construction in hilly terrain

Immature area upkeep

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams.

Technologically savvy and proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (mandatory).

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Able to work independently and report effectively to management.

Preferred Skills

Experience in drone operation for survey or monitoring purposes.

Familiarity with ArcGIS Pro or similar mapping and spatial analysis software.
