We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our software development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding business needs, translating them into system requirements, and working closely with both clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients or internal stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Preparing documentation such as BRD, FRD, and process flows
• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions
• Support system testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are met
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions
• Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to understand technical concepts and business processes
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
