Tanggungjawab

Position: Sales Leader

Location: Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Benefits: Basic salary RM3,500 – RM4,000, unlimited commission, EPF, SOCSO, health insurance

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday – Thursday)

Job Scope:

  • Plan and execute the company’s sales strategies (online & offline).
  • Manage and monitor sales campaigns including digital ads, social media, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Develop and strengthen the company’s brand presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer conversion rates.
  • Oversee the production of consistent and high-quality sales content.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
