Dr Paws Vet Care is a growing companion animal practice in Singapore's East Coast. We are looking for a motivated Veterinary Nurse / Veterinary Technician to join our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians during consultations and procedures
Animal handling and restraint
Assist with blood collection and laboratory testing
Prepare patients and equipment for surgery
Monitor anaesthesia and post-operative recovery
Provide nursing care for hospitalised patients
Administer medications and treatments under veterinary direction
Assist with X-rays and other diagnostic procedures
Maintain treatment areas, equipment and accurate patient records
Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant veterinary clinic or animal healthcare experience preferred
Relevant veterinary nursing, animal care, veterinary technology or related qualification preferred
Practical veterinary clinic experience will be strongly considered
Comfortable handling dogs and cats
Responsible, dependable and willing to learn
Able to work effectively with veterinarians and other nursing staff
Candidates with strong practical skills but fewer formal qualifications are welcome to apply
What We Offer
S$2,800–S$3,500 monthly salary depending on experience and competency
5-day work week
