We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to support the institution’s student recruitment, admissions and marketing activities. The successful candidate will work closely with prospective students, education agents and internal departments to facilitate student applications, enrolment and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students and education agents regarding programmes, entry requirements, course fees and application procedures.
• Provide course consultations and follow up with prospective students through telephone calls, email, messaging platforms and face-to-face meetings.
• Support student recruitment activities and work towards assigned enrolment targets.
• Review student applications and supporting documents to ensure that applicants meet the relevant admission requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate Letters of Offer, Student Contracts and other enrolment documents.
• Assist with Student’s Pass applications, document verification and follow-up through ICA SOLAR+.
• Liaise with students, education agents and internal departments regarding applications, admissions, payments and enrolment matters.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, enrolments and follow-up activities in the institution’s student management or CRM system.
• Support the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, social media content and promotional activities.
• Assist in organising education fairs, information sessions, student orientations, open houses and other recruitment events.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, recruitment reports and student enrolment reports.
• Conduct market research on student demand, competitor programmes and education market developments.
• Ensure that all recruitment and marketing activities comply with institutional policies, PDPA requirements and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related sales, marketing, admissions and student support duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Education or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, marketing or student services, preferably within Singapore’s private education sector.
• Experience handling international students and working with education agents will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Student’s Pass application procedures, ICA SOLAR+ or EduTrust requirements will be an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with student management or CRM systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to support occasional evening or weekend recruitment activities when required.
