Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with air conditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance.
• Learn how to install and connect air conditioning units, piping, wiring, and drainage systems.
• Assist with cleaning and servicing indoor and outdoor air conditioning units.
• Support technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting air conditioning problems.
• Learn to use basic tools, testing equipment, and service equipment safely.
• Assist with refrigerant-related work under the supervision of qualified technicians.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks as instructed.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow company procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements.
• Attend training and continuously develop air conditioning technical skills.
• Perform other duties related to air conditioning work as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge or interest in air conditioning, refrigeration, or electrical work is an advantage.
• Technical/vocational certificate in air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in different environments, including outdoor areas and at heights when required.
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Possess a valid driving license is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
