Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations

• Greet guests, confirm reservations, and manage the waitlist to keep seating fair and efficient.
• Answer phone and online enquiries, take bookings, and relay special requests clearly to staff.

Guest Relations & Communication

• Handle guest enquiries and minor complaints calmly, escalating to the manager when needed.
• Share timely front-of-house updates with kitchen and service teams to prevent delays.

Admin & Coordination

• Process payments, issue receipts, and operate the POS with accuracy.
• Maintain simple records, prepare shift handover notes, and assist with light administrative tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in an F&B front desk, host, or receptionist role.
• Secondary education or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with customer service desk duties, reservation handling, and guest tracking systems.
• Clear verbal communication skills in English; additional local languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail for bookings, billing, and shift handovers, plus basic POS and cash handling knowledge.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Friendly, composed, and professional front-of-house presence during busy periods.
• Good time management, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and support colleagues.
