Kerja Sepenuh Masa Outlet Manager - Klang Valley, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Gigi Coffee Federal Territory - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in managing 1-2 outlets
• Responsible in forecasting the outlets sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
• Ensure effective daily front line operations (manpower, stocks and other resources)
• Train and develop team to be top notch customer service agents
• Formulate and execute project delivery plans, the set sales budget, target and sales analysis
• Monitoring performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recomendations to senior management
• Develop a deep understanding of the project including but not limited to machine SOP training and handling, product innovation and market trends
• Check and improve report quality and control procedures
• Calculate the outlet's staff payroll monthly
• Monitor and manage internal audit according to HACCP
• Administer customer complaint and see to that complaints are dealt with without delay
• Liaise with the supervisor for any problems at the outlet

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma, any field or Equivalent
• Must have at least 2-3 year of working experience as Assistant Outlet Manager in equivalent an established café, preferable with coffee background
• Able to manage outlet and work independently
• Able to lead and give clear instructions
• Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient on a computer; familiar with software programs (Microsoft Office)
• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Must have effective problem solving/decision making abilities
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
