Responsibilities

Delivery & Driving

  • Collect, verify, and load orders securely, then deliver them on schedule while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
  • Use navigation tools and planned routes to meet delivery times and minimise delays.

Guest Service & Food Handling

  • Serve customers at counter or table with friendly, timely service and handle cash or digital payments accurately.
  • Assist with basic food preparation, packaging checks, and maintain hygiene standards during service.

Vehicle & Shift Support

  • Perform daily vehicle checks, report issues, and keep the vehicle clean and fuelled for service.
  • Support shift handovers, communicate order status to kitchen colleagues, and help keep the workspace organised.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery, driver, or food and beverage service roles.
  • Valid Malaysian driving licence and a clean driving record; willing to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven safe driving skills and familiarity with navigation apps or delivery platforms.
  • Basic cash handling, order checking, and food hygiene awareness.

Soft Skills & Qualities

  • Friendly, punctual, and reliable with good communication and time management.
  • Physically able to lift and carry items and stay focused during busy service periods.
