About the role

Service Advisors are required to answer phone call enquiries, make appointments for customers, attend to and provide service, maintenance and repair recommendations, coordinate with the workshop to ensure vehicles meet service deadlines, contact customers for vehicle collection, explain work performed and charges, and follow up with customers within 72 hours of their last visit.

Key responsibilities

·        Answer phone call enquiries and make appointments for customers

·        Attend to and provide service, maintenance and repair recommendations to customers

·        Coordinate with the workshop to ensure the vehicle meets the service deadline

·        Provide additional quotations to the customer if required

·        Contact the customer for vehicle collection and explain the work performed and servicing/repair charges

·        Call customers within 72 hours of the last visit to ensure the job is carried out in order

About you

· Customer service experience is preferred

· A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred.
