WE’RE HIRING: SALES EXECUTIVE (BUILT IN FURNITURE)

Location: MYR Furniture / MYR Construction Sdn. Bhd. – Lundang Showroom, Kota Bharu

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Sales & Consultation

• Attend to walk-in customers and online inquiries professionally.
• Conduct fact-finding discussions to understand customer preferences, budget, and space requirements.
• Present design ideas, material options, and layout suggestions confidently.
• Prepare and deliver quotation proposals according to the company’s pricing structure.
• Follow up with prospects consistently to close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets set by management.

2. Design Development

• Create or collaborate with the design team to produce 3D visuals, layout plans, and material boards.
• Advise customers on suitable colors, finishes, and accessories based on functionality and aesthetics.
• Ensure final designs align with customer expectations and production feasibility.
• Update design revisions according to feedback from clients or production.

3. Project Coordination

• Coordinate between customer, designer, and production to ensure smooth handover from sales to fabrication.
• Conduct site visits (where necessary) for measurements and design verification.
• Maintain accurate project files, including quotations, drawings, and customer communications.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer feedback or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Build rapport and trust to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or any related field
• Experience in sales or furniture/interior design is an advantage (but not mandatory — full training will be provided).
• Strong knowledge of materials, carpentry concepts, and space planning will have an added advantage
• Good communication skills, confident, and customer-oriented.
• Customer focused, confident and persuasive personality
• Passionate about design, creative ideas, and aesthetics.
• Able and willing to work on weekends and travel to client sites when required
