Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum degree in Microbiology, Biology, Electronics, Applied Science (Bio) or others related fields.
2. At least 2 years proven product management experience with a track record of defining and launching products.
3. Strong analytical ability to track KPIs, interpret sales and market data, and turn findings into practical action.
4. Good verbal and written communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical and commercial information clearly.
5. Strategic mindset and creative problem-solving, with a bias for taking ownership and improving processes
6. Willingness to travel nationwide and must have own car for work travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, sales programs, pricing and positioning plans to drive product growth and profitability.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from product introduction to maturity and phase-out, with appropriate marketing and sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on customer needs, market opportunities and business priorities.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Service and other internal teams to support product launches and business growth.
• Manage relationships with principals and business partners, including market updates, customer feedback and joint business strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, market share, profitability and other KPIs, using data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support customer engagement through product presentations, demonstrations, workshops and technical/commercial discussions.
• Provide product and technical support to the sales team and ensure effective execution of agreed sales and marketing initiatives.
• Take full ownership of assigned product portfolios and proactively drive business development, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
