At Wyndham Acmar Klang, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Your Mission:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and public area cleanliness.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams to address room status and repair issues.
• Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen; place orders as needed.
• Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare duty rosters, monitor staff performance, and ensure punctuality and discipline.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems
• Committed to guest satisfaction, service quality & team development
