Key responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and provide professional consultation and product recommendations
• Promote and sell lighting, ceiling fan, sanitary products, curtain and blinds.
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers and contractors
• Proactively follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintain sales pipeline and customer records
• Review site assessments and provide suitable product recommendations based on customer requirements and space constraints.
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, sales processes, and documentation requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of interior designers, architects, contractors, and property professionals.
• Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness and proper product display
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales/retail experience
• Experience dealing with IDs or contractors is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing and customer-oriented
• Results-driven with ability to close sales
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with retail working hours, including weekends and PH
• Experience in retail, renovation, home furnishing, or related industries is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
