Administration & Stock Management Intern — Swing Again Golf

Swing Again Golf is Malaysia's leading pre-owned golf equipment retailer, with branches in Sungai Petani, Alor Setar, and Penang. We're looking for a proactive intern to support our administration and stock management operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily stock-in/stock-out recording and inventory reconciliation
• Update product listings and stock counts in our internal system
• Support administrative tasks: filing, data entry, documentation
• Help coordinate stock transfers between branches
• Assist with basic reporting (sales, stock movement)
• Support general office operations as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Able to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3 months)
• Golf knowledge is a plus but not required
• Based in or able to commute to Sungai Petani, Kedah
