Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 8 years of cable assembly manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 4 years of management experience.
• Strong management skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead automation projects, including installation, commissioning, and implementation of automated production lines.
• Develop automation solutions to improve production efficiency and support NPI ramp-up.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely machine deployment.
• Provide technical support during qualification, ramp-up, and changeovers.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production/equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and continuous improvement.
• Design and improve tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
• Support sample builds, tooling qualification, and NPI issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with machine safety and EHS standards.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents such as WI, PFMEA, Process Flow, LOTO, and JSA.
• Manage engineering changes and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability.
• Support troubleshooting, repair, and line changeovers with technicians.
• Drive improvements in equipment uptime, performance, and safety compliance.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
